Plentyoffish dating forums are a place to meet singles and get dating advice or share dating experiences etc.Hopefully you will all have fun meeting singles and try out this online dating thing...Remember that we are the largest free online dating service, so you will never have to pay a dime to meet your soulmate. So I have this friend that I have know for about 7 years. We get a long really well and have a lot in common.
We spend a lot of time together and even do the small things such as shopping.
But she keeps saying to me I don't think I could date you out of the blue with out me ever bringing anything up.
I am at a loss of words for whole thing right now and just looking for a womens input about what could be going on.
I don't know if I even would like to date this girl since we have been freinds for so long. : PIt's always awkward when you try to move from the "Friends" category to the "BF/GF" category, and can even be MORE awkward going from the "BF/GF" category back to the "Friends" category...
So anything that could help shed some light would be very helpful. I think that no matter what you feel, whether you want to be in a relationship with her or not, you need to let her know what you think...
She wants someone to hang out with sort of like a bf..without the pressure of sex. Then make yourself unavailable..some more dates..her you'd like to hang out, but gee dont' have the time. It might be weird at first if you decide that you don't want to be with her but she seems to want to be with you, but maybe you can get past that? Hope this was even a little bit helpful...:)Sara And next time you have a date and she flips out, tell her point blank, ''well you and I are just friends, right? " At some point you'll need to discuss your relationship. Tell me when you go shopping with her, does she ask you to buy things for her. or is it purely plantonic and she pays for everything on her own? Even bang her if you get a chance, but stop letting her control the way things go.
